A respected national law firm is seeking an experienced Legal Assistant (3 years experience) to join its property practice group. This is an excellent opportunity to work within one of Victoria’s most established property practices, supporting lawyers on a wide range of development and commercial property matters. The Role Working closely with three fee earners, including a Special Counsel, you will provide comprehensive practice support across a busy and high-performing team. Responsibilities will include: Client liaison and correspondence Managing diaries, meetings and key deadlines Matter and file management Preparing and formatting legal documents Billing and timesheet support General practice and administrative support About You To be successful in this role you'll bring: 3 years’ experience as a Legal Assistant in a transactional area of law, gained within a private practice law firm Strong organisational and communication skills Excellent attention to detail and document management ability A proactive and team-focused mindset Why Apply?
